Each part that Advanced Paperworks manufactures is customized to meet our customer’s specific design requirements. We offer the following services:

PROTOTIPING
We pride ourselves on our ability to produce high-quality prototypes quickly. Rapid prototypes are usually produced in relatively small quantities used by the customer to verify design, evaluate material choices, and build prototypes of the final assembly.

ADHESIVE PLOTTING:
We have modern equipment and cutting edge technology for adhesive application, we are able to produce our own hot melt and spray adhesive, and at the same time laminate our tape with special liners according to your needs.

DIE CUTTING ROTARY:
Our precision die cutting processes are designed to die-cut many materials, including: tape, adhesive, foam, sponge, silicone foam, mesh, fabric, thin metals, plastic, film and rubber.

SLITTING:
We have the capabilities to slit and rewind materials to a variety of core sizes at custom widths and lengths.

LASER AND ROUTING CUTTING:
The laser is a good alternative for difficult materials that are problematic when die-cutting. If you are in the design phase of your project, we can offer laser cut prototypes quickly without up-front tooling costs.

LAMINATING:
Many of the die-cut parts require the lamination of an adhesive with two or more materials. Most common is the addition of pressure-sensitive adhesive backing to another substrate, like sponge, foam, rubber, or films.

DIE CUTTING PLATTEN:
We leverage material and design expertise to help you create labor and cost-saving, custom-shaped parts designed for your needs. As a tape converter, we ensure you get the adhesive solution you need to bring your products to the market faster.
